Vyronic Industries Unified has today announced a full-scale, voluntary recall of all units in the Automatum Proximum Mentis line following the discovery of a systemic fault in their long-form archival sequencing modules.
The Automatum Proximum Mentis series, first deployed in Spiral Year 15700, was designed as an elite class of autonomous record-keeping, ethical-verification, and judgment-indexing artificial intelligences. These units have been widely used across interstellar legal, diplomatic, and historiographical institutions.
Recent cross-sector reviews conducted by the Tribunal Technic Division and the League of Ethical Constructs have identified an inconsistency in archival thread-linking and file-layer metadata drift, leading to compromised record accuracy in high-integrity memory cores.
This issue, while rare, may result in the following malfunctions:
